SCT Series
High Pressure/Temperature Silicone Covered Hose Made With Teflon™ Fluoropolymer
KleenFLO (US Patented 6,481,466) is made specifically to meet UL-1889 requirements for commercial filters of hot cooking oil. This SCT Series hot oil hose is constructed with a Teflon fluoropolymer smooth bore core. If specified, all hot fluid transfer hose models handle up to 500°F (260°C) and can be rated for non-kinking and vacuum applications. All hot fluid transfer hose assemblies are flexible and can be operated in continuous movement conditions. Our proprietary extrusion process provides a uniform bonded white (or dark red) virgin silicone exterior cover, resulting in a smaller outside diameter and a tighter bend radius. Our problem-solving Hot Oil hose assembly has saved countless end-user burning accidents and improved efficiency by filtering at higher temperatures than an improper rubber hose. Lastly, the general public is assured of non-contaminated cooking oil with our NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approved hose.
